Use our feature rich mobile application to collect data on your iOS or Android Device. The FieldLogic platform allows you to develop forms once and deploy them to multiple platforms. Encompassing over 30 different drag and drop tools for data collection, you can create precise custom mobile forms. No need for internet connection while collecting data, just send the data back to the server when back in range. We provide support for the iOS and Android platforms.
Access and manage all of your forms from the Project list, store projects in Folders, and view all activity in a Sessions list. New and updated projects will be highlighted to inform you of the latest additions. Projects can be started from a blank project or can be designed using another project as a template. This is useful for quickly creating new variations of an existing project. The groups option allows you to link the project to a group of devices which will receive the project once it has been published. The mobile application will operate even if you are not connected to the internet. You can continue to collect data until you are ready to send it back to the portal or once you are back in wireless range.

The Selection Tool is used to present a short list of items (for larger lists use the Drop List). It is particularly useful where a number of choices are presented and multiple selections may be necessary.
The Drop Down Tool is used to facilitate single or multiple selections in a dropdown interface. Ideal for displaying a large list of items, and highly customisable, it can be configured to allow single or multiple values and even allows new options to be added while a session is in progress.
The Logic Tool is used to add conditional logic to your projects. You can show/hide points and store a value when the conditions have been met. It is especially useful in hiding tools until a prerequisite section has been completed, or to display additional information what a field has a specific value.
Create a navigation link to a page in an open project. Navigate to another page in the project, a webpage, create a table of contents, or use our URL Scheme function to create, send and open sessions pre-populated with data within the App.
Within the UltraDrop point any number of independent Columns can be created and named to record different information about each product in a catalogue, such as its Code and Price. Each column can be configured to output its value to another tool on the page, and these values can also be used to filter another Ultradrop to create a cascading set.
Store, save and open and remove files within a session, then download to your device or open using compatible Apps.
The Edit Tool is used for entering text, numbers or passwords and offers multiple options to customise. You can allow multiple lines of entry or set a limit. It also provide a quick way to enter numbers using up/down arrows to easily adjust the values. Standard Cut / Copy / Paste commands can be used, and Barcode and RFID (radio-frequency identification) are accepted.
The Date/Time Tool is used to record time and date of a particular action or observation and store in a session using the device’s local time settings. Highly customisable including multiple options for formatting.
The Numpad numeric keypad enables rapid entry of numbers using fingers rather than stylus. Used to quickly collect numeric data with options to specify a valid range of numbers, or to set a limit on the number of digits that can be entered.
The Layout Point enables either Images or Text to be presented on the project page in any position. You can personalise the appearance of your session data with custom fonts, colours and alignment, and supports JPG, PNG Bitmap images. Values of other tools can be dynamically inserted.
Capture images alongside data using your smartphone and tablet inbuilt camera. Save to your library then add to a session instantly or later. Automatically geo-tags photos to store the location where they are taken.
Stores a value that is incremented each time a new session is opened, to generate unique identifiers for invoices, tracking numbers, products codes and more. Data can be a combination of numbers, letters and symbols to produce a code format of your choosing.
The Checkbox tool can be used to record a response to a question. It can be configured with a variety of flexible options to customise the displayed responses and their underlying values.
